Okay so Valentines day was a few weeks ago, and I promised to try and post more. Well I suck and got behind again! Sorry please except these photos of the Valentines day dinner I cooked up for me and my beloved!
Although I hate to have this in just after another bacon wrapped dish. This was a prime cut of USDA beef Fillet wrapped in uncured organic bacon. Seasoned with 21 Seasonings, salt, and crushed black pepper. Served with caramelized split green beans, carrots, and honey roasted almonds. A Greek Salad featuring Kalamata olives and fresh Feta cheese was the starter and you see that bottle of Bushmills in the background there, that was the finisher!
